Matthew B. Laughlin, 51 of Seneca Falls passed away at his residence Wednesday, June 11, 2025. Family and friends are invited to calling hours on Thursday, June 19th from 1:30 -3:30 pm at the Sanderson-Moore Funeral Home, Inc. 32 State St. Seneca Falls. A service will follow calling hrs and interment will follow at Spring Brook Cemetery, Seneca Falls.

Matthew was born in Waterloo the son of Thomas and Genevieve Laughlin. He spent his entire life in the Seneca Falls area. Matthew was a self-employed Dry Waller and was a big fan of the Miami Dolphins. His hobbies were boxing, playing pool, darts, and bowling, and he really enjoyed his golfing.

Survived by his significant other, Debra Hannah, and his mother Genevieve Laughlin. Two children: Madeline and Alexandra Laughlin of PA and two stepsons: Stephen and Gary Thompson of Seneca Falls. Brother George {Emily} Laughlin of Geneva. Grandchildren: Donaven Thompson and Stella Hannah. Two uncles: Fred Buck and Cliff Farney and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Predeceased by his father Thomas Laughlin in 2024, and his grandparents: Eva and Fred Buck, and aunt Jacqueline Farney.
